Hello everyone. It has been a long time since I've done something like this and to be honest, it feels weird. Somewhere I've heard blogging is supposed to be easy but I have found it really is not. So, any tips? Length? Topics? Is it like a mini-essay? Thank you. This is a skill set I would like to develop. Writing, writing and writing some more means I will improve but it would be nice to know the expectations, if there are any. Thank you.

Editing has to be the most tedious, drawn out part of any creative endeavor. As a writer, not only do have to work around writer's block but you also have to have the persistence to stick to a project long after you've finished your first draft. For me, I can get two rounds of editing done. The two rounds are for grammar and checking story floor and consistency. The third round is filling in additional details/settings I need in order to have the story develop fully and be complete. And it's the third round I start to fall out in. It gets pretty frustrating but I guess the story is all written out for whenever I loop back to it. I just wish I

It's frustrating when I feel disconnected. I know there's something I need to care about (getting to work, writing, editing etc.) but I am just out of it. Disconnection is worse than creative blocks becuase it's almost like depression where you just don't care. I suppose I just don't think about it so it's not really depression but really! It gets frustrating!
